The menu was creatively out of this world. Glancing at the menu the first thing that hit me was that while I am living in an area where the bulk of the population is relatively poor (Palm Bay) and the wealthier areas consist of engineers who have zero creative brain power, we don't get restaurants like this in Bree VARD county. Not bad considering the entire country was shut down for about 2 years there. My editor has informed me that Maple Street Biscuit Company came from very humble beginnings in 2012 to now encompass a small chain comprising 36 locations throughout the South East and as far west as the Lone Star State. Always in the mood for biscuits, I set course and soon arrived at my destination. greeted with the blinking name of Maple Street Biscuit Company.
